  • 30 Minutes Pilates I

    Starting with a gentle standing warm up with twists and balances, we go all the way to the floor in search for a strong plank and side planks. These together with a bridge and a lovely stretch and cool down will make you feel refreshed.

  • 30 Minutes Pilates II

    Roll down and over. Bridges and reverse planks. Cycle with the exercise ball and stretch during a short cool down.

  • 30 Minutes Relaxing Pilates Session I

    All the exercises are on the floor. Stretch and strengthen while working on your breath.

  • 37 Minutes Pilates/Yoga Fusion I

    Balance. Planks. Side planks (with a twist). Sun salutations variation and side kicks finishing with a relaxing cool down. Building up for a stronger you!

  • 15 Minutes Plank Focused Workout

    This 15 minutes plank focused workout video delivers an intense core strengthening session. The routine includes a variety of plank variations such as the standard plank, side plank, forearm plank, and dynamic plank movements.

  • 17 Minutes Pilates Inspired Workout

    This is a quick yet effective full-body routine designed to improve strength, flexibility, and core stability.

  • 17 Minutes Express Workout II

    Another opportunity to let go of tensions, focus on your well being, good posture and good mood! Short, arguably sweet and definitely effective!

  • An Express Back Extensions Focused Workout

    Starting with a wonderful warm up for your body and your spine this is a great workout to add to your day or just the right amount of time you can dedicate to your posture and overall wellbeing after a long day or when about to face a long day ahead.

  • Express Pilates Session

    An invigorating 15 minute session. Great to start the day or finishing it feeling strong and refreshed.

  • 12 Minutes Stretching Session

    A session to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation.
    Enjoy at the end of the day or at the end of any of the other videos.
